Senior Product Marketing Manager, Exposure Management

About the role

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the product marketing strategy for Palo Alto Networks' Cortex Exposure Management offerings, including Cortex Exposure Management, Xpanse, and Attack Surface Management (ASM). The role involves driving positioning, messaging, content creation, launches, and sales enablement for the product line.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for Exposure Management offerings.
• Partner with Product Management to shape market strategy and product vision.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.
• Lead product launches, releases, and cross-functional GTM execution.
• Create high-impact content, including blogs, briefs, decks, videos, and sales tools.
• Enable sales and field teams with messaging, competitive guidance, and training.
• Serve as the go-to expert for customers, analysts, sales, and marketing teams.
• Represent Palo Alto Networks at customer meetings, webinars, and industry events.
• Track market trends and competitors across Exposure Management and Attack Surface Management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience.
• 6+ years in marketing and 2+ years within product marketing.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working on cybersecurity products, preferably including vulnerability management.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement.

Pay

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here. $155,000.00 - $252,000.00/yr
