This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Technical Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the upmarket segment, refining ideal customer profiles
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of buying committee dynamics
- Create and enhance the overarching upmarket narrative and positioning story for the company
- Equip sales teams with tailored tools, messaging, and materials to convert upmarket prospects
- Collaborate directly with sales on strategic calls and refine approaches based on buyer feedback
- Influence product strategy by synthesizing market insights into actionable R&D requirements
- Ensure product features are released strategically to reinforce the value proposition for enterprise customers
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, particularly in vertical SaaS targeting enterprise buyers
- Proven experience building narratives for complex, multi-product platforms
- Strong knowledge of enterprise go-to-market strategies, including handling buying committees and lengthy evaluation cycles
- Expertise in creating sales tools that effectively communicate platform value to sophisticated buyers
- Ability to influence product direction with structured market insights and persuasive storytelling
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both executives and sales teams effectively
- Comfortable in ambiguous situations, capable of iteratively overcoming challenges
Pay
$112,000 – $154,000 annually
