For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager Core to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $135,000 – $165,000 annually Responsibilities Own go-to-market strategy for voice authentication and fraud prevention solutions Lead launches of new features targeting Core segment buyers Build and maintain buyer persona documentation and competitive landscape Develop sales enablement materials like battle cards and demo scripts Write marketing copy across various channels while maintaining brand voice Collaborate with growth marketing to create content for pipeline programs and initiatives Conduct competitive intelligence analysis in the voice biometrics market Qualifications 5-8 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience in contact center technology or AI/ML security solutions Direct go-to-market experience in enterprise contact centers or voice security solutions Proven experience creating sales enablement programs for large enterprise accounts Strong writing and editing skills across multiple platforms, including thought leadership and executive presentations Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical teams and C-suite buyers Benefits Directly influence the company’s market positioning and revenue Work within a high-output agile pod alongside product and sales teams Manage foundational products crucial to the company’s success in financial services and contact centers Opportunity to impact how deals are won or lost and the understanding of voice security in the enterprise Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
