About the role
Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our global Product Marketing team and help shape the future of global commerce through our flagship Point of Sale (POS) brand, Genius.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in deep customer, competitor, and market insights.
- Communicate product value effectively to targeted audiences.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans to drive product adoption, awareness, and engagement.
- Create and deliver impactful sales enablement materials—including collateral, demos, and tools to support the buyer journey and empower inside and channel sales teams.
- Partner with revenue and partner marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns that attract new customers and drive growth.
- Act as the internal advocate for customer needs, translating insights into actionable strategies that influence product and marketing decisions.
- Work closely with product, commercialization, sales enablement, and marketing teams to execute product marketing strategies and ensure alignment across the business.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in product marketing within a B2B environment, with a proven ability to launch and scale products successfully.
- Deep understanding of markets, customers, competition, and industry trends, particularly within payments, POS, or FinTech.
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions and customer-centric messaging.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution and deliver measurable impact.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience launching and scaling products.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay
$130,000 - $140,000 base salary, based on location, experience and job-related factors.
