We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for our Sustainability Management solutions—a strategic growth area for Workiva.
Responsibilities
Shape and Execute the Market Narrative
Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of Workiva’s Sustainability Management solutions
Translate platform capabilities, including AI-enabled innovation, into compelling narratives that resonate across campaigns, content, events, and sales conversations
Foster alignment among internal stakeholders around launch priorities, buyer needs, competitive insights, and field feedback
Drive Go-to-Market Excellence
Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for assigned Sustainability Management capabilities, from market insight to launch planning to field enablement
Enable Sales with tools, narratives, and insights that help accelerate pipeline, improve buyer engagement, and increase win rate
Measure the effectiveness of go-to-market activities, using insights to optimize future launches, campaigns, and enablement
Be the Voice of the Market
Bring customer, buyer, competitive, and regulatory insights into the business to inform messaging, product direction, and go-to-market strategy
Navigate ambiguous market shifts, including evolving sustainability regulations, reporting frameworks, buyer expectations, AI, and competitive offerings to deliver clear business context to internal teams
Translate market insight into actionable recommendations that strengthen Workiva’s sustainability positioning and commercial execution
Requirements
6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or related B2B SaaS marketing roles
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, sustainability, or a related field
Strategic Depth: Proven experience developing positioning, messaging, launch plans, sales enablement, and go-to-market programs for enterprise software solutions
Sustainability Fluency: Experience with sustainability, ESG, climate, risk, compliance, regulatory reporting, or financial reporting preferred
Storytelling: Ability to translate complex regulatory, data, workflow, and AI-enabled innovation into compelling, differentiated value
Revenue Mindset: Demonstrated ability to support pipeline, adoption, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness through go-to-market strategy and enablement
Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams
Customer Obsession: Strong understanding of enterprise buyers and the ability to turn customer and market insight into competitive advantage
Ai Fluency: Ability to understand and communicate how AI-enabled capabilities create customer value in sustainability management workflows
