Senior Product Marketing Manager
About the role
The Senior Product Marketing Manager at WCG is responsible for the go-to-market success of one or more WCG product lines through strong positioning, messaging, and launch execution. This role co-owns launches in close partnership with Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement teams, ensuring product priorities are clearly reflected across sales motions, enablement, thought leadership, and demand generation.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Own market segmentation, buyer personas, and problem statements for assigned product lines using the Pragmatic Marketing framework.
- Develop and maintain differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly communicates product priorities and value.
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable guidance for Product Management.
- Co-own product launches with Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement partners, aligning on launch strategy, timing, and success metrics.
- Collaborate on development of sales enablement tools, training, and narratives to ensure field readiness.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Content, and Communications teams to ensure key product priorities shine through campaigns and thought leadership.
- Analyze win/loss data, pipeline performance, and competitive dynamics to optimize GTM effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve adoption, clarity, and commercial performance through cross-functional action.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related field required.
- Graduate degree preferred.
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or related roles; preference given to global experience.
- Experience collaborating with Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and Demand Generation teams in B2B environments.
- Demonstrated success developing strategy to align product, marketing, and sales functions, and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior sales leaders and account teams.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise or global account sales teams.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in clinical trials, life sciences, healthcare technology, or complex B2B services.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with white space analysis and account planning.
- Executive presence and strong facilitation skills.

Physical and Sensory Requirements
Majority of time is spent in a seated position with frequent opportunity to move about at will. Activities require a variety of easy muscle movements. Work activities involve a frequent need to concentrate on a variety of sensory inputs for moderate to lengthy durations at a time requiring diligence and attention to interpret effectively. There will be a need to attend to single or simultaneous tasks where accuracy of details is important. The need for detailed and precise work is high.

Pay
The expected base salary range for this position is $82,080 to $127,500. This salary range may vary based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
