Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy and Launch
    • Drive and support the end-to-end launch process.
    • Partner with the product team to align on product shaping and strategy, clearly defining the problem solved, target audience, and market differentiation.
    • Work cross-functionally to build and define a launch strategy to attract new customers and drive adoption with existing clients.
  • Positioning and Messaging
    • Shape the story and content tailored to different market segments and personas for use across sales and marketing materials.
    • Synthesize complex product functionality into simple, easy-to-understand value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
    • Maintain foundational assets used in our AI marketing system.
  • Sales Enablement and Collaboration
    • Partner with sales enablement and content teams to deliver high-impact sales tools to empower the sales team.
    • Support Growth and Content Marketing teams on product-related campaign strategies and messaging to drive leads and funnel growth.
  • Research and Performance Tracking
    • Conduct customer and market research to understand buyer and user challenges and opportunities.
    • Establish and track KPIs for product launches to measure performance and success.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience at a high-growth, global technology/SaaS organization.
  • This is a hybrid position (2 days per week in our Boston office).
  • Strong track record of successfully launching and growing new products.
  • History of building strong relationships across product, sales, marketing, and the rest of the organization.
  • AI-first mindset with experience leveraging tools like Claude to enhance efficiency and output.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfort with navigating ambiguity and using data to make decisions.
  • Naturally seeks input from others to improve the quality of work.
  • Creative problem solver with an appetite for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Proven track record of successfully prioritizing projects to focus on the most important initiatives.
  • Full-cycle PMM experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA or graduate degree is a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience being one of the first PMMs in an organization.
  • Maritime or global freight experience.
