About the role

UKG is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead narrative development, messaging, and launch execution across a portfolio of workforce technology products. This role requires experience in product marketing or a closely related field, with a focus on B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Own product messaging and positioning for assigned product areas, grounded in deep buyer understanding and a clear competitive frame.
  • Build narratives that connect capability to customer outcome— with a clear arc that answers why this matters, why UKG, and why now.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing content including one-pagers, solution briefs, pitch decks, and web copy— with minimal direction.
  • Drive continuous improvement of messaging based on win/loss data, field feedback, and customer conversations.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Operate as a strategic partner to Product Management, Sales, and Marketing— not just a content producer, but a thought partner who shapes how the team goes to market.
  • Drive alignment on messaging and positioning across campaigns, sales plays, and launch materials before they reach the field.
  • Bring structure and a clear point of view to ambiguous or contested situations— synthesize inputs, identify the throughline, and move teams forward.
  • Proactively identify and close gaps between product direction, market messaging, and buyer expectations.
  • Product Area Coverage: You will develop and maintain deep fluency across a portfolio of product areas that includes: Frontline workforce engagement, Next-generation HR service delivery, Mobile workforce experience, and Emerging AI capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related field; B2B SaaS experience required.
  • Proven ability to develop messaging and positioning that drives measurable results in the field.
  • Strong storytelling and written communication skills— you can make a complex idea land for a C-suite buyer, a frontline manager, or a sales rep.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence without formal authority.
  • Experience running product launches end-to-end, from positioning through field enablement and performance measurement.
  • A developed point of view on markets, buyers, and competitive dynamics— and the confidence to defend it.
  • Familiarity with workforce technology, HR tech, or adjacent markets is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field— or equivalent experience.
