About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to serve as the marketing leader for our Arts vertical, helping shape how TogetherWork goes to market and grows across the arts and performing arts industries. This role will own the market strategy and product story for the vertical—bringing together customer insight, positioning, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and demand generation to drive measurable growth.

You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing leadership to understand the market, identify growth opportunities, bring new products and capabilities to market, and ensure our marketing and sales teams are telling a clear, compelling, and differentiated story. This is a highly cross-functional role for a marketer who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, influence teams across the organization, and act as the voice of the Arts market inside the business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Arts Vertical Marketing Strategy
    • Serve as the marketing leader and go-to-market expert for the Arts vertical, developing a deep understanding of our customers, prospects, competitors, market dynamics, and growth opportunities
    • Build deep expertise in the needs of arts and performing arts organizations, including their operational, financial, enrollment, engagement, communication, and growth challenges
    • Define the overarching marketing strategy for the vertical in partnership with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Marketing leadership
    • Translate business objectives and market opportunities into clear marketing priorities and go-to-market plans
    • Identify opportunities to strengthen our position, expand product adoption, enter new segments, and accelerate revenue growth
    • Bring market and customer insights back into the organization to help inform product strategy, roadmap priorities, and commercial decisions
  • Own Positioning, Messaging & the Product Story
    • Develop differentiated, value-based positioning and messaging that clearly communicates why our solutions matter to Arts customers
    • Own the narrative for the vertical across products, campaigns, sales materials, websites, launches, events, and other customer touchpoints
    • Turn complex product capabilities into simple, compelling stories centered on customer needs and business outcomes
    • Build and maintain buyer personas, competitive intelligence, market insights, messaging frameworks, and proof points
    • Ensure consistency in how the Arts vertical and its solutions are positioned across Marketing, Product, and Sales
  • Drive Go-to-Market Strategy
    • Lead go-to-market strategy for major product launches, new capabilities, packaging changes, and strategic initiatives across the Arts portfolio
    • Partner with Product from early planning through launch to define target audiences, value propositions, differentiation, launch strategy, and success measures
    • Develop comprehensive launch plans that align Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
    • Partner with Product and Sales leadership on pricing, packaging, market opportunities, and commercialization strategies
    • Track adoption, pipeline, competitive performance, market penetration, and other key indicators to continually improve go-to-market execution
  • Partner with Demand Generation to Drive Growth
    • Work closely with the Demand Generation team to translate vertical strategy, buyer insights, and product positioning into effective campaigns and programs
    • Help define target audiences, campaign themes, offers, content priorities, and market opportunities that support pipeline growth
    • Ensure demand programs are grounded in a strong understanding of the Arts buyer and reflect the challenges and priorities most likely to drive engagement
    • Partner on events, webinars, thought leadership, customer stories, digital campaigns, and other programs that build awareness and create demand
    • Use campaign and pipeline performance to identify opportunities to refine messaging, targeting, and future go-to-market strategies
  • Enable Sales to Win
    • Be a strategic partner to Sales leadership and frontline teams, ensuring they understand our market position, buyer needs, competitive differentiation, and product value
    • Develop sales enablement tools including pitch decks, talk tracks, competitive intelligence, customer stories, product demonstrations, and vertical-specific messaging
    • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to identify common objections, competitive challenges, buyer questions, and opportunities to strengthen our story
    • Participate in strategic opportunities and customer conversations when deeper market or product expertise can help advance the sale
    • Create feedback loops between Sales, Product, and Marketing so market insights continually improve our strategy
  • Develop High-Impact Content & Market Programs
    • Define the content and proof points needed throughout the buyer journey, including customer stories, website content, product content, thought leadership, sales materials, webinars, and demos
    • Partner with internal and external creative resources to turn strategy and messaging into compelling market-facing experiences
    • Identify opportunities to establish our brands as trusted voices within the Arts industry
    • Elevate customer success stories and market insights that demonstrate measurable value and differentiation
  • Work in an AI-Enabled, Data-Driven Way
    • Leverage approved AI tools and automation to accelerate research, analysis, content development, and marketing workflows
    • Use data, dashboards, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and AI-supported analysis to identify opportunities and make better decisions
    • Measure the effectiveness of launches, campaigns, messaging, and go-to-market programs and use those insights to continually improve performance
    • Help identify new ways AI can improve both our marketing practices and the experiences we create for customers

What You'll Bring
