Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

You will own and drive Minty's product marketing across shopper and e-commerce audiences - from positioning and messaging through launches, cross-functional execution, and performance optimization. The role works closely with product, sales, customer success, growth, brand, and content teams to increase adoption and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for shopper and e-commerce audiences.
• Own product and feature launches, including messaging, assets, channel coordination, and performance tracking.
• Create decks, one-pagers, case studies, and web copy that support sales and marketing.
• Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and performance data.
• Use AI and AI agents throughout product marketing work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of product marketing experience, preferably in consumer technology, e-commerce, or a two-sided platform.
• Hands-on experience executing go-to-market launches and measuring results.
• Experience marketing to consumer and B2B brand or merchant audiences.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, AI-powered tools, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Strong writing and communication skills, including translating complex products into clear messaging.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• An analytical, organized, and action-oriented approach.
• Experience with category creation, emerging product narratives, browser extensions, mobile apps, passive-commerce tools, AI, savings, loyalty, or affiliate marketing products is preferred.
