Senior Product Marketing Manager
About The Opportunity
Nutanix is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2), a public cloud deployment offering. NC2 allows deployment of workloads in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, using the same Nutanix Cloud Platform as on-premises, with native networking integration. It supports seamless application migration and license portability across all environments, and ensures consistent operational and security policies across different cloud types.
Strategy and Messaging
Translate Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) business goals into marketing goals and drive consensus across marketing and cross-functional stakeholders. Own the messaging framework for NC2, including key value propositions, use cases, customer personas, and pain points. Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and report on NC2 marketing metrics. Lead demand generation planning and execution with multiple marketing and product teams.
Subject Matter Expertise and Content Creation
- Develop expertise in cloud solutions, hyperconverged infrastructure, and virtualization. Serve as a knowledge resource for internal teams, including sales, field marketing, and other marketing teams.
- Create and review content such as blogs, white papers, analyst papers, infographics, videos, datasheets, web pages, and tools. Ensure correct messaging, voice, and alignment with product capabilities.
- Maintain a repository and tracking system for NC2 content, and manage NC2-related events and content calendars, customer reference tracking, etc.
- Be a prominent speaker at webinars, events, and partner and internal enablement sessions. Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing and sales teams regarding NC2 activities.
- Bring the customer perspective into marketing materials to enhance their impact.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of product marketing experience in datacenter/cloud infrastructure markets, with a focus on cloud solutions and virtualization.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience. An MBA is preferred.
- A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to lead a small team while executing as an individual contributor. A proven track record in supporting sales teams to meet revenue goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong executive communications skills, and polished presentation abilities. Prior experience with leveraging AI tools for productivity is a plus.
Work Arrangement
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending remote work with in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week in locations where our workplace policy applies (San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo).
