What You'll Do
- Own positioning, messaging, and competitive intelligence for one of our core solutions.
- Own and evolve buyer personas, use cases, and messaging frameworks as the product and our market continue to mature.
- Work closely with Product to drive feature release marketing end-to-end, from strategy through enablement and customer success.
- Contribute to broader sales enablement/cross-product launch initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales to support and accelerate deals, including planning, drafting, and delivering collateral that clearly articulate value, differentiation, and ROI.
- Serve as an internal and external voice of product marketing at industry conference, customer events and meetings.
- Help establish the frameworks, standards, and practices that define what great product marketing looks like at Courier Health.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS; healthcare or life sciences SaaS strongly preferred.
- Track record owning a product area or solution end-to-end (positioning, enablement, and launches).
- Proven success supporting enterprise sales teams with long, complex buying cycles.
- Strong writer and communicator — your work is clear, confident, and opinionated.
- Comfortable presenting live to senior audiences and commanding a room.
- Strategic thinker with a strong POV, but also highly execution-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and help bring structure to growing organizations.
- Prior exposure to analyst relations a plus.

Pay
The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
