About the role

Causaly is redefining how life sciences R&D teams find, interpret, and act on scientific evidence. Our agentic AI platform combines industry-leading knowledge graphs, an enterprise data fabric, and a growing suite of products — including Agentic Research, Discover, Bio Graph, and Pipeline Graph — that turn scattered biomedical and commercial data into decision-ready insight. This technology is already helping R&D teams at major global pharmaceutical companies accelerate everything from target identification to competitive intelligence.

This role involves developing product messaging and market positioning for product launches and capability and feature releases. You will collaborate with the GTM team to create content and sales enablement to generate growth, educate customers, and capture brand recognition. You will own and continuously build out our core sales enablement library, partner with sales, sales engineering, and product to create and maintain product demos, and engage deeply with our sales organization to gather target persona insights, competitive intelligence, and win/loss learnings.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of product marketing experience with an emphasis on enterprise level business-to-business selling motions.
  • Hands-on experience building sales enablement assets such as pitchbooks, decks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides.
  • Experience creating or briefing product demos, demo videos, or interactive demo content, ideally in partnership with sales engineering or product teams.
  • Strong long-form writing skills, with a track record of producing whitepapers, ebooks, or similar thought leadership content.
  • Proven ability to translate complex or technical product capability into clear, value-driven customer-facing messaging.
  • A “yes, and” creative mind who can build on ideas and find new ways to grab and hold attention in the market.
  • A deeply empathetic cross-functional collaborator who can think through trade-offs and get a group to the right decision with conflicting information.
  • Succinct, clear, and persuasive written communication skills.
  • Engaging and personable presentation skills effective in small, private groups as well as large, public audiences.
  • Track record of, and excited about the prospect of, operating both strategically and as a "hands on" builder.
