Senior Product Manager, Women's Cancer

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic development and tactical implementation of marketing programs designed to maintain brand awareness and achieve business objectives for assigned product(s).
- Lead efforts on developing strategies and tactics for key areas based on brand (e.g., Professional/HCP, Patient/Caregiver/Consumer, Managed markets/Key accounts), as applicable.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on strategy and execution of brand plans, drive engagement, and obtain input for marketing initiatives.
- Deliver on expectations by contributing to/leading sales meetings, ensuring proper training, product knowledge, and direction for the sales team.
- Actively participate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of marketing activities for assigned product(s).
- Assist in reviewing marketing programs, monitoring performance progress, and implementing changes as needed.
- Gain market insights and measure performance on brand initiatives and programs; assist in Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., managed markets, medical, regulatory), including market research & analytics, to identify, implement, and drive metrics.
- Manage relationships with agencies and internal business partners to align communications and strategies across target audiences while ensuring regulatory/legal compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g., sales, marketing, product management) in the pharma/biotech industry.
- Oncology marketing experience is required.
- OR a combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Experience with the medical, legal, and regulatory approval process for promotional programs is preferred.
- Experience working with PhRMA and Regulatory/Legal guidelines for healthcare provider interactions to ensure compliance.
- Experience working with and directing agencies and strategic vendors.
- Proven performance in earlier roles.
Schedule
- Hybrid: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays onsite at Nutley HQ (Mondays and Fridays are work-from-home days).

Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $148,200–$194,500. Final pay determinations will depend on factors including experience level, education, knowledge, and skills. This role is eligible to participate in Eisai Inc.’s Annual Incentive Plan.
