Senior Product Manager, WMS

Product Management Experience and Expertise

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations-heavy products
• Operations fluency - Deep understanding of warehouse workflows, previous WMS experience (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, home grown solutions etc)
• Tech collaboration - Ability to work effectively with engineering teams on complex, data-intensive systems
• User research skills - Comfortable conducting operator interviews, shadowing warehouse shifts, and translating observations into requirements
• Data-driven mindset - Experience using operational metrics to inform product decisions and measure success
