About the role

Description TimeHub team's charter is to build a world-class product which meets time, attendance and pay computation needs for over 2 Million hourly associates across Amazon businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the TimeHub product roadmap across multiple geographies, balancing business priorities with customer needs
  • Drive strategy and execution for key product areas, including pay calculation and time tracking systems
  • Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, customer-centric solutions that serve millions of users
  • Analyze complex product requirements and translate them into clear, actionable plans that guide cross-functional teams
  • Leverage data analysis and customer feedback to inform product decisions, measure success, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Qualifications

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience with end to end product delivery

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below.

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).

Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
