Senior Product Manager - Tech, TimeHub
About the role
Description TimeHub team's charter is to build a world-class product which meets time, attendance and pay computation needs for over 2 Million hourly associates across Amazon businesses.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the TimeHub product roadmap across multiple geographies, balancing business priorities with customer needs
- Drive strategy and execution for key product areas, including pay calculation and time tracking systems
- Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, customer-centric solutions that serve millions of users
- Analyze complex product requirements and translate them into clear, actionable plans that guide cross-functional teams
- Leverage data analysis and customer feedback to inform product decisions, measure success, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Qualifications
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below.
Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
