Senior Product Manager - Tech, SCOT-Fulfillment Optimization

About the role

The Senior Product Manager-Tech, Fulfillment Optimization (FO) will own the fulfillment optimization strategy for Amazon Business Customers. Amazon's continued investment in this essential need for customers represents exciting challenges at the intersection of increasing delivery speeds, minimal-waste operational flows, and bar-raising CX.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for Amazon Business and Fulfillment Optimization colleagues regarding priorities, progress, and mechanisms such as OP1 and xBRs.
• Write working-backwards documents and BRDs contextualizing Business customer requirements for technical audiences within FO.
• Facilitate and guide technical implementation of Amazon Business xFO projects across FO engineering teams, in partnership with Amazon Business and FO TPMs.
• Negotiate priorities, scope, tradeoffs, and resourcing on behalf of FO.
• Provide consultative guidance for Amazon Business colleagues in addressing customer inquiries and business objectives, which could in turn become requirements for new feature investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
