Senior Product Manager Tech, Prime Video Personalization & Discovery

About the team

The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech with Personalization or Ad Platform and API experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide. We are a part of Prime Video, a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices.

Responsibilities

• Own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision
• Develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision
• Work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience
• Take on end-to-end ownership and successfully deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while keeping customers' best interests in mind at all times

Requirements

• 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Qualifications

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight (preferred)
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools (preferred)
