Principal Product Manager Tech, Prime Video Personalization & Discovery

About the role

The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Tech with MarTech/AdTech, Growth, or Personalization experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision
• Develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision
• Work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience
• Take on end-to-end ownership and successfully deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while keeping customers' best interests in mind at all times

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
• Experience with AI/ML technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
• Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
• Previous MarTech, AdTech, Growth, or Personalization experience

Qualifications
