Senior Product Manager -Tech, AWS Tech and Finance

About the role

The AWS FinTech team is seeking a bright, self-driven, and collaborative Sr. Product Manager-Technical to build and scale an AI-driven headcount management application at Amazon. This role involves building a world-class product that uses autonomous, AI-powered workflows to help organizations across Amazon manage headcount with speed, accuracy, and intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Owning the vision for the product and clearly articulating the strategy to management
• Defining and driving Agentic AI capabilities — such as autonomous headcount workflows, intelligent decisioning, and multi-step AI-powered automation — into the product roadmap
• Setting the direction for world-class user experience design
• Business and product roadmap planning, developing features, and defining requirements
• Developing and using metrics to improve the business constantly
• Working with global users to drive adoption
• Leveraging AI tools to accelerate your own productivity — including drafting narratives, synthesizing customer research, analyzing data, and preparing executive communications faster and at higher quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Qualifications

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
