We are looking for a commercially driven, customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to redefine TeamViewer’s SMB business across our portfolio. You will own the strategy and deliver sustainable growth across free users, first-time buyers, and growing teams; this means connecting product experience, pricing, packaging, lifecycle engagement, and sales-assisted motions into one journey. Your north star: help more small businesses discover value quickly, stay successful with TeamViewer, and grow with us over time.

Work location for this position is Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the SMB product growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Optimize self-service experiences, including free, trial, and entry-level offerings.
  • Own the product roadmap, prioritizing opportunities using customer insights, analytics, and business impact.
  • Partner with Sales and go-to-market teams to drive product-led and sales-assisted growth.
  • Validate and launch new SMB product opportunities from concept through scale.
  • Lead cross-functional execution and champion SMB customer needs across the business.

Requirements

  • Product management experience in B2B SaaS, PLG, subscriptions, e-commerce, or similar digital businesses.
  • Proven success improving growth metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with pricing, funnels, experimentation, and customer insights.
  • Experience building self-service customer journeys and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
  • Track record of launching new products or features from discovery through execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
