Requirements
- Strong product leadership experience, a customer-first mindset, and a proven ability to deliver successful consumer products in fast-moving environments.
- 6+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing products and managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
- Demonstrated success delivering zero-to-one products with measurable impact on metrics such as engagement, conversion, retention, or adoption.
- Experience partnering with product design and user research teams to turn customer insights into product requirements, prototypes, and shipped experiences.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics, running experiments, interpreting data, and using analytics tools such as SQL or equivalent platforms.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in health, nutrition, wellness, e-commerce, marketplaces, personalization, search, or content-driven consumer products is a plus.
- Startup or high-growth company experience, especially building products from early concepts through large-scale adoption, is preferred.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to present product strategies and decisions to executive-level stakeholders.
