About the role

As a Senior Product Manager, Service Experience at our company, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality service experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading service initiatives and driving positive outcomes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.

Pay
