Senior Product Manager, Retailer App Platform & Insights

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Retailer App Platform & Insights to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will shape the strategy and execution of a retailer-facing app platform, with a strong focus on creating a seamless, consumer-grade experience. You will partner closely with design, engineering, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve adoption, enable self-service, and deliver actionable insights. The position will also define the standards, reusable components, and governance needed to support a coherent platform experience at scale. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $194,000 – $204,500 annually Responsibilities Build a consumer-grade experience for the retailer app with seamless navigation Drive feature discovery and adoption for platform capabilities Empower retailers through intuitive self-service experiences Establish reusable components and governance frameworks for product teams Set the vision and standards for a coherent retailer app experience Build intuitive analytics experiences for retailer performance visibility Deliver personalized, actionable insights to drive retailer growth Qualifications 8+ years of B2B product management experience, including 2+ years building platform products Exceptional product craft and UX judgment for creating intuitive experiences Strong platform product thinking with experience in scalable platforms Proven ability to independently set direction and ship complex products Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority Deep understanding of customer problems to create scalable solutions Strong analytical and communication skills for decision-making Benefits Remote work flexibility under a flexible-first policy Eligibility for new hire equity grants and annual refresh grants Market-competitive compensation and benefits tailored to location Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
