Senior Product Manager – Product Stewardship & Hazard Communication

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will lead the evolution and market success of ProSteward360™ Hazard Communications, an enterprise platform for managing chemical compliance, safety data sheets (SDS), labeling, and global regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CGI’s product and regulatory authority for ProSteward360™, interpreting global chemical regulatory developments and translating them into actionable product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Define and prioritize product vision, ensuring compliance with evolving global frameworks like OSHA HazCom, GHS, REACH, TSCA, and other international regulations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable system capabilities, collaborating closely with engineering, delivery, and sales teams to ensure market relevance and client value.
• Represent CGI in industry forums, advisory panels, and regulatory discussions, strengthening market credibility and regulatory alignment.
• Build and communicate a compelling product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, championing agile product practices for rapid, iterative delivery.
• Engage directly with clients to understand workflows, compliance pain points, and success criteria, supporting sales and customer success teams.
• Support marketing and sales enablement efforts by developing product messaging, demos, training materials, and external collateral.
• Participate in client meetings, advisory boards, and industry forums as a trusted product expert, ensuring ProSteward360™ aligns with global hazard communication and chemical compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in hazard communication and global chemical regulatory frameworks.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into enterprise software capabilities.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to engage clients, regulators, and industry bodies.
• Demonstrated success in product strategy, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience representing organizations in industry forums, advisory panels, or regulatory discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related experience, covering the full product lifecycle and agile SDLC.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to meet with clients and internal teams.
