Position Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the pre-sales product experience at Revive — helping our users build the best possible campaign proposals that convert to sold-through, high-performing campaigns. This means driving the automation of the proposal workflow, enhancing our targeting recommendations, and building tools that expand our inventory offering.
Responsibilities
- Squad roadmap ownership: Own and drive an existing squad's roadmap — including quarterly planning, backlog prioritization, intake, and stakeholder alignment — stepping into a team that has active in-flight initiatives and an established ways of working
- Cross-platform forecasting: Lead the development of a forecasting mechanisms that gives confidence in proposal deliverability and scale across programmatic and direct channels; iterate based on adoption signals and seller feedback
- Pre-sales workflow improvements: Partner with cross-functional teams to improve the end-to-end proposal creation workflow (inputs, recommendations, packaging, outputs) to reduce cycle time and increase win rate
- Audience targeting improvements: Help define and evolve targeting capabilities (segments, inclusion/exclusion logic, scale/feasibility checks) so proposals reflect real deliverability and value
- Quality & reliability: Reduce errors, edge cases, and operational friction that slow down proposal creation or harm trust — including category validation and eligibility rules as foundational elements of a reliable, automated proposal system
- Product requirements: Translate user needs into clear PRDs, workflows, acceptance criteria, and rollout plans
- Cross-functional delivery: Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features on time
- Enablement & adoption: Support rollout and training for sales/account teams; ensure tools are actually used in the proposal process
- System knowledge: Build a strong understanding of upstream/downstream systems (data, targeting, inventory, reporting) that shape proposal quality
What To Expect In Your First 90 Days
- Month 1 — Get your bearings: Learn Revive's proposal workflow end-to-end and how targeting is sold and fulfilled; get up to speed on in-flight squad initiatives and metrics; shadow sales/account teams; review recent wins/losses and where proposals break down
- Month 2 — Dive into the backlog: Prioritize the backlog (impact vs effort vs operational cost), with a focus on the proposal funnel; ship 1-2 improvements that measurably reduce friction or improve proposal quality; tighten requirements + feedback loops with sales/account teams and engineering/design
- Month 3 — Product roadmap ownership: Align on a 3 to 6-month roadmap (presales improvements + targeting expansion); establish full ownership of the squad roadmap and operating rhythms; kick off a larger initiative tied to conversion (e.g., audience packaging, packaging expansion, feasibility/scale validation)
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience (B2B SaaS or platform products preferred)
- Experience with ad tech fundamentals, particularly audience targeting, programmatic inventory constraints, and cross-platform delivery considerations
- Demonstrated experience improving user-facing workflows or journeys, with a track record of shipping UX improvements (e.g. increased feature adoption, reduced drop-off, faster task completion)
- Experience improving a funnel or conversion metric through iteration, measurement, and cross-functional execution
- Proven ability to translate user needs into clear requirements for complex system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (remote-first)
- Comfort driving a product roadmap independently as a lead IC PM, including managing stakeholder alignment and squad-level prioritization — ideally stepping into an existing team with active work in flight
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered product features with measurable user impact (e.g., recommendations, automation, or intelligent workflows)

Pay
The expected base pay for this role is $155k - $170k. Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors, including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, and specific geographic location.
Schedule
Total compensation including a quarterly bonus typically ranges from $165k - $180k.
