Senior Product Manager - Platform

About the Role

Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and implement risk management within our identity security platform. This role involves creating a risk scoring system for accounts, secrets, and permissions, as well as developing the posture and detection surface that informs authorization decisions. The successful candidate will work closely with data science, revenue operations, and field teams to ensure the platform's risk features are actionable and aligned with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for identity risk and posture, establishing what a risk score means and how it influences customer actions.
• Own the end-to-end scoring process, including the model, weighting, traceable signals, and customer-tunable controls.
• Determine which third-party signals (e.g., from Okta, Entra) contribute to the score and establish baseline scoring for customers without external integrations.
• Set the direction for the posture and detection surface, including checks, findings, cases, and reporting.
• Deliver actionable posture findings with detailed observations, timestamps, and resource information.
• Maintain security and privacy standards, ensuring tenant isolation, access control on score traces, and watch-before-enforce mechanisms.
• Collaborate with customers, design partners, and the field to understand risk reduction goals and validate requirements.
• Align with consuming product teams to design adoptable services and APIs.
• Publish and track adoption metrics for risk and posture features.
• Monitor industry trends in identity security posture management, shared signals, and AI agent identity standards to inform the roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.
• Domain Expertise: Familiarity with IAM, PAM, and IGA.
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP, A2A, and model fine-tuning.
• Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals.
• Security Sensibility: Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices.
• Product Delivery: Track record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products.
• Open Source/Customer Product Experience: Experience with open-source AI platforms or customer-facing products.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with PAM/IGA governance initiatives.
• Engagement with open-source or technical user communities.

Travel

Up to 25% travel may be required.
