Senior Product Manager, Life Insurance Products

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Life Insurance Products to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive the strategy and execution of life insurance product offerings across the customer journey, with a focus on policy administration, application experience, and carrier integration. The position will partner closely with engineering, design, and external carrier stakeholders to bring new products to market efficiently and enhance the end-to-end insurance experience. It will also help evaluate product opportunities and distribution channels while ensuring data exchange and compliance considerations are addressed. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $126,000 – $222,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the development of life insurance products, including Whole Life and Term policies Collaborate with carrier partners for seamless product integration Work with engineering and design teams to understand policy administration systems Assist in integrating policy administration and carrier systems for efficiency Leverage ACORD standards for data exchange and compliance Analyze opportunities for new products and distribution channels Support the development of eApplication systems for customer experience enhancement Qualifications 5+ years in product management with a focus on life insurance products Expertise in the entire life insurance lifecycle and policy administration systems Familiar with ACORD standards for insurance data exchange Experience with eApplication systems to improve the application process Proficient in policy contract creation systems Ability to analyze product opportunities and distribution channels Strong analytical abilities to evaluate new product ideas and align with customer needs Benefits Remote work flexibility Commitment to diversity and inclusivity Access to resources for career development Opportunity to work with industry-leading professionals Engagement in innovative product development initiatives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
