About the role
The Search and Listings team at Compass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee the development and management of key products including Reverse Prospecting, Make Me Sell, Buyer Demand, and Network. Reporting directly to the team leader, the ideal candidate will focus on inventory management, particularly the Private Exclusive and Coming Soon programs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver key customer-facing enhancements that improve agent workflows.
- Drive the roadmap and prioritization of innovative and engaging products and features.
- Lead the "Inventory" domain (Reverse Prospecting, Make Me Sell, Buyer Demand, and Network).
- Implement an agile approach through monthly leadership syncs to ensure continuous adaptation to shifting market dynamics.
- Own and manage the software development lifecycle for Compass products from concept and user research through development, launch, and adoption.
- Deliver and maintain your features, including the monitoring of key metrics associated with their performance, to discern their effectiveness and identify opportunities to create additional value for our agents and their clients.
- Help define our high-level product direction by working directly with our agents, consumers, and internal stakeholders, and crafting solutions to the specific challenges they face.
Requirements
- 5-9 years experience in progressive product management roles, building and launching successful products and features.
- Ability to effectively gather and prioritize requirements from disparate sources, going beyond user requests to get to key needs, and rationalize them across stakeholder differences.
- Experience working with business stakeholders at the executive level.
- Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organization.
- Comfort with collaborating with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics) is strongly preferred.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $137,000 - $152,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits.
