About the role
The Search and Listings team at Compass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee the "Inventory" domain, which includes Reverse Prospecting, Make Me Sell, Buyer Demand, and Network products. Reporting directly to the team leader, the ideal candidate will drive the roadmap and prioritize innovative features, ensuring they align with market dynamics and enhance agent workflows.
Responsibilities
- Utilize an agile approach to establish monthly syncs with leadership for prioritizing new initiatives.
- Prioritize Compass inventory, focusing on Private Exclusive and Coming Soon programs.
- Implement the software development lifecycle for Compass products, from concept to launch and adoption.
- Own and manage the software development lifecycle, including monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities for additional value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define high-level product direction and solve specific challenges faced by agents and consumers.
Requirements
- 5-9 years of experience in progressive product management roles, building and launching successful products and features.
- Ability to gather and prioritize requirements from disparate sources, understanding key needs and rationalizing them across stakeholder differences.
- Experience working with business stakeholders at the executive level.
- Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience leading by influencing others in cross-functional and executive settings.
- Comfort collaborating in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- A B.S. or similar in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics) is preferred.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $137,000 - $152,000, with a full range of benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as retirement plans and paid time off.
