Senior Product Manager, Integrations Delivery
About the role
As the Senior Product Manager, Integrations Delivery at Vanta, you will drive the ongoing development of integrations across categories, delivering direct customer impact through new integrations and expanded capabilities. Vanta manages a catalog of over 430 integrations that help customers continuously monitor compliance and generate audit evidence. You’ll plan and deliver integrations across HRIS/IDP systems, cloud and security platforms, ticketing systems, and more, leveraging Vanta’s integrations platform.
This role sits within Vanta’s Automation group, which owns how customers discover, connect, and use integrations to power product experiences, drive compliance outcomes, and generate audit evidence. You’ll balance inputs from other product teams, customer feedback, and your own prioritization framework to shape the roadmap, gaining broad exposure to Vanta’s products.
Responsibilities
- Manage the integrations development roadmap, determining which new integrations and capabilities to build based on inputs from product teams, customers, business goals, and your own prioritization.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to prioritize the backlog, plan the roadmap, and make key decisions about integration depth, capability, and sequencing.
- Collaborate with the integration partnership lead to activate partners ahead of development and manage ongoing enhancements.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of existing integrations.
- Work directly with customers to understand integration needs, document feedback, and prioritize requests.
- Help market integrations and improve their discoverability and configuration through collaboration on marketing, training, and enablement.
- Measure and communicate metrics around integration breadth and depth, focusing on data availability and solving customer compliance needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting integration delivery, with a proven track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations.
- Ideally, experience owning an integration catalog or category.
- Strong prioritization frameworks to effectively sequence integrations work across teams.
- Technical fluency in integrations-related areas like APIs, authentication, and permissions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with comfort working across product teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Openness to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency, with sound judgment in applying AI responsibly.
