About the role
Clio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Clio Grow team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming the legal experience for all and a proven track record in product management, particularly in AI-driven products.
Responsibilities
- Drive successful outputs and outcomes in your product area, working from the overarching strategy set by your Director.
- Develop a roadmap in conjunction with your peers that moves our business forward and evangelize this throughout the company.
- Lead the development of AI tools that empower law firms to capture leads, screen them for firm fit and book them for consultations.
- Champion Product-Led Growth by leading with intuitive onboarding and automation solutions to make getting started and managing leads "dramatically easier."
- Ship and launch features end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams like Development, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support.
Requirements
- Prior experience in legal or legal tech.
- A background as a practicing lawyer, in a legal operations role, or building AI-powered technology solutions.
- A clear understanding of legal document standards, discovery processes, and litigation workflows.
- At least 6 years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
- Proven experience building or managing AI-driven products, with a strong understanding of how to leverage machine learning capabilities to solve real user problems.
- An outcomes-obsessed leader with a proven ability to make things happen, owning products throughout their lifecycle.
- A strategic & data-driven thinker who uses both qualitative and quantitative data to drive product strategy, defining requirements and measuring impact.
- A customer-focused mindset that keeps the customer at the center of decision-making, delivering high-impact features that users love while bringing curiosity and a willingness to learn what drives their needs.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented partner who effectively works with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, ensuring requirements are clear and aligned with product vision while managing multiple priorities without compromising quality or timelines.
- A strong communicator who communicates effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with the humility to seek guidance and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
The expected salary range for this role is $137,500 to $186,100 CAD, depending on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
Schedule
Hybrid work environment with expectations for local Clions to be in office at least twice per week.
