Responsibilities
- Create and evangelize a product vision that delivers valuable, usable, and actionable insights to internal and external customers.
- Drive the direction and product strategy and define requirements for capabilities across the iManage security, governance, risk, and compliance products, with a focus on records management, threat analytics, and matter mobility.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements and maintain product backlog.
- Build and articulate product roadmap.
- Run product advisory panels with key customer participation.
- Work with product and engineering owners across the company to adopt and implement information governance practices that adhere to industry best practices.
- Work with other product team members to ensure the features we ship are delivering desirable customer outcomes.
- Monitor market competition and develop competitive differentiation strategies.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with key internal stakeholders throughout the product release cycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience for B2B SaaS offerings, with proven success shipping products at scale.
- Deep knowledge of the information governance market, including physical and electronic records management, matter transfer workflows, legal holds and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with information governance across areas such as physical and electronic records management, information classification (including AI-assisted classification), and matter transfers, particularly as they apply to the legal industry.
- Experience shipping governance or compliance-focused products, with demonstrable customer relationships in legal and enterprise sectors.
- Proven track record of building applications or capabilities that achieved broad adoption and measurable customer outcomes.
- The ability to collaborate, negotiate, and work effectively across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and go-to-market.
- Experience communicating with and building relationships with key customers and prospects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and messaging in writing and in person.
- Strong analytical skills, including market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making.
- Motivation to drive product objectives from concept through completion in a fast-paced environment.
- A desire to continually learn and adapt to changes in markets, technology, and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Law, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
