Senior Product Manager - High Pressure Technologies
Position Summary
The Performance Pneumatics Platform is a market leader in engineered air, gas, and vacuum technologies supporting sustainability, energy transition, health & wellness, industrial automation, and industrial applications. The High-Pressure Technologies portfolio addresses demanding applications requiring high reliability, safety, and performance, serving markets such as hydrogen and alternative fuels, specialty gas handling, laboratory & medical systems, semiconductor and analytical equipment, and advanced industrial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership: Develop a deep understanding of the high-pressure portfolio, core technologies, standards (safety, regulatory), cost structure, installed base, and key customers. Clearly articulate target segments, applications, and value propositions aligned with Pneumatics strategy. Define and execute product and technology strategies to drive profitable growth. Lead segmentation, positioning, and application-based strategies informed by market intelligence.
New Product & Technology Development: Create and lead a robust pipeline of new products and platform extensions (core, adjacent, and breakthrough). Build strong business cases and partner with Engineering to deliver solutions on time, on cost, and to performance targets.
Commercial Enablement: Equip Sales and Business Development teams with clear positioning, application tools, pricing frameworks, and training to increase win rates in engineered and project-based high-flow applications. Own commercialization planning for new product launches, including launch timing, target applications, value propositions, and internal readiness. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop go-to-market plans that ensure successful adoption and revenue ramp.
Portfolio & Lifecycle Management: Manage portfolio health and SKU complexity. Drive SKU rationalization and complexity reduction initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Evaluate product line performance and lifecycle stage to recommend investment, sustainment, or exit decisions.
Voice of Customer & Market Insights: Establish a disciplined VoC cadence. Support key customer engagements during new product launches, including application discussions and early-adopter feedback. Convert insights into product requirements, roadmaps, pricing logic, and value messaging. Available to travel up to 30% of time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, manufacturing, or engineering discipline
7-10 years of product management experience spanning ideation through launch and commercialization; preferably in a B2B or industrial manufacturing environment
Experience working with air moving products preferred
Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $127,200.00 - $190,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonus plan.
