About the role
The Senior Product Manager for Growth will own key growth metrics across the funnel, from acquisition through to conversion and early retention. They will lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers to ship fast, run experiments, and relentlessly improve the customer experience. This role requires a strong bias for action, exceptional storytelling and communication skills, and proven ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Own key growth metrics across the funnel β from acquisition through to conversion and early retention β and drive measurable, sustained improvement.
- Define and execute a roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term structural improvements to the customer experience.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to ship experiments and features at pace β you know how to move fast without sacrificing quality.
- Use data, customer research, and qualitative insight to identify the highest-leverage opportunities in the funnel and build a clear case for prioritisation.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate your own work β from writing specs, to running analyses, to generating test variants β and embed AI-powered features into the product where they create real value for users.
- Tell compelling stories with data β whether you're presenting to the exec team, aligning engineering on priorities, or writing a one-pager that builds momentum.
- Run structured experiments: define hypotheses, design tests, measure impact, and translate findings into product decisions.
- Lead your squad toward outcomes, not outputs β you set the destination, remove blockers, and create an environment where the team does their best work.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand friction points across the funnel and translate customer insight into product improvements.
- Monitor key metrics weekly, build dashboards, and maintain a shared view of funnel health across the organisation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrable track record of driving growth or conversion metrics at a B2B or marketplace company.
- Strong bias for action β you default to doing, not deliberating.
- You ship, learn, and iterate.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills β you can distil complex data into a clear narrative and align stakeholders at every level.
- Proven ability to collaborate at speed with engineering and design teams β you know how to build trust quickly and keep cross-functional work moving.
- Deep comfort with data: you're proficient in SQL or equivalent, confident building dashboards, and able to design and evaluate A/B experiments.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate product work β whether for research, spec writing, analysis, or feature ideation.
- High energy for new problems β you're energised by ambiguity, not paralysed by it.
- You find a way.
- Strong ownership mentality β you treat metrics like they're your own business, not a metric someone else will worry about.
