About the role

A Senior Product Manager, Growth will lead the development and execution of growth strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and successful implementation of growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies that enhance user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of growth initiatives using data-driven insights.
  • Work with the product team to optimize features and functionalities to improve user experience and drive growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a product management role, with a focus on growth and digital products.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading growth initiatives and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and iterative development processes.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with growth hacking techniques and tools.

Pay
