About the role
A Senior Product Manager, Growth will lead the development and execution of growth strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and successful implementation of growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies that enhance user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth through market research and competitive analysis.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of growth initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Work with the product team to optimize features and functionalities to improve user experience and drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a product management role, with a focus on growth and digital products.
- Proven track record of successfully leading growth initiatives and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and iterative development processes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Pay
- Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
