Senior Product Manager - Gen.AI

Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert on D&B products and how they can be leveraged to fulfill a specific solution.
  • Develop and maintain the Agentic / Gen.AI product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Manage risks & issues and execute on product build.
  • Develop strategies for competitive positioning to increase sales and promotions.
  • Serve as a liaison between other departments to gather client/customer feedback and disseminate information about the status of product development.
  • Manage the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation to retirement.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic goals. Ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including GTM, Technology, Sales, Customer Experience, Solution Architecture, Pricing and Finance to define product requirements and ensure successful development and delivery.
  • Proactively seeks feedback with sellers on product pipeline ensuring adoption, retention and growth.
  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure product performance, trends, and risks to inform data-driven decisions about areas for improvement.
  • Develop business cases for new product initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, Technology or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years’ experience of pre-sales / solutions consulting/ product management/ project management.
  • Experience designing and implementing Agentic/Generative AI products using SQL / Python, and open-source frameworks (e.g., LangChain, VLLM, Ollama) and proprietary LLMs (Open AI, VertexAI, etc).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill, with experience in dealing with senior management and all levels including across matrix teams.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and analytics teams.

Skills
