About the role
The role is ideal for a PM who is strong in both product leadership and execution. A significant near-term focus will be migrating Timekeeping and T&M capabilities from an acquired solution into Autodesk’s platform. Many core workflows and requirements are already known, but they must be redefined, prioritized, and adapted to Autodesk architecture, UX patterns, platform capabilities, and long-term product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Timekeeping, T&M, and adjacent field data capture workflows
- Lead migration of Timekeeping and T&M capabilities from an acquired solution into Autodesk’s platform
- Translate known requirements and legacy workflows into Autodesk-native product definitions, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work with engineering teams on a daily basis to groom backlog, clarify requirements, sequence delivery, and ensure high-quality execution
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and adjacent PM teams to adapt Timekeeping, T&M, and field workflows to Autodesk UX and cross-product integration patterns
- Identify where acquired functionality should be matched, simplified, enhanced, or rethought for the target platform
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, internal platform teams, and other stakeholders impacted by the migration
- Define phased delivery plans and measurable success criteria for adoption, workflow efficiency, quality, and business impact
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex SaaS or workflow-driven products
- Proven track record owning outcomes across discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration
- Strong experience partnering closely with engineering teams in a delivery-centric environment
- Experience with backlog management, requirements refinement, prioritization, and release planning
- Experience leading complex workflow, integration, migration, or platform transition efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with construction technology, field operations, workforce workflows, or jobsite software
- Experience with Timekeeping, T&M, labor workflows, daily reporting, production tracking, or other field data capture processes
- Experience migrating or re-platforming functionality from legacy or acquired products into a target platform
