About the role
The Senior Product Manager will lead the Homepage and Early Life team within the Fanatics App, focusing on delivering a best-in-class experience for new and existing users. This includes managing the Home Page and onboarding processes, as well as personalizing the app for existing users.
Responsibilities
- Build a vision for the App homepage that balances delightful discovery with high value user actions.
- Be a passionate subject matter expert on personalized consumer homepage experiences that drive everyday app visitation.
- Build activation journeys and retention loops that present users with the most relevant content in the moments that matter, keeping customers engaged.
- Educate users on multiple Fanatics value propositions with clarity.
- Leverage data, research, and competitive analysis to build the product strategy and roadmap that drives long term customer retention. Leverage experimentation to iterate on value.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Fanatics platform, assets, super fan customer base, and the unique position of Fanatics in the Sports industry.
- Think through and articulate user flows, edge-cases and user journeys that produce unparalleled product quality and experiences for users.
- Contribute directly to product KPIs and related business objectives and metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years experience as a Product Manager in agile B2C digital native app-focused product organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simply articulate product outcomes and value propositions to leadership.
- Collaborative personality, with an ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally across different Product teams and teams at Fanatics.
- Can do attitude to influence others and lead cross functional teams to success.

- Experience leveraging machine learning for personalization
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $117,000-$194,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.
Schedule
Preferred working hours: Eastern Time Zone. Open to some travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings.
