Synthesize quantitative performance metrics—fraud rates, chargeback rates, false positive rates, and enforcement accuracy—with qualitative feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. Define product roadmaps that balance fraud prevention effectiveness with user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner with Identity, AWS Marketplace, Finance, Legal, and Commerce Platform teams to drive decision making. Influence without authority across engineering, science, and product organizations. Represent Marketplace and agentic commerce fraud prevention efforts in executive-level reviews.
