Senior Product Manager / Engineer - HEDIS SME

Responsibilities

• Lead data quality initiatives for HEDIS and regulatory reporting accuracy
• Identify and resolve data gaps and inconsistencies in payer systems
• Drive enhancements in data validation and reconciliation processes
• Define and implement data governance frameworks alongside business stakeholders
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HEDIS measures and STARs methodologies
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into technical specifications
• Develop predictive models to enhance quality outcomes and STARs performance

Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of healthcare payer experience, focusing on HEDIS and CMS STARs methodology
• Expertise in regulatory reporting and data quality management within payer environments
• Strong understanding of claims and encounter data, and data lifecycle processes
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in consulting or product engineering settings
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical teams

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
