Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate the existing online purchasing platform and identify friction points that prevent clients from buying quickly.
- Build the roadmap to simplify and accelerate digital transactions.
- Work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, partnering closely with Engineering, UI/UX, and Marketing to drive measurable growth.
- Monitor e-commerce performance, conversion funnels, and KPIs using analytics tools to continuously optimize acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Manage the full product lifecycle — from discovery and ideation through launch and iteration — ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, customer-centric capabilities.
- Make decisive prioritization and trade-off decisions, balancing technical constraints, resource allocation, and customer benefits to maximize business impact.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Align all product initiatives with key business outcomes, focusing on driving e-commerce revenue growth, user adoption, and customer retention.
- Partner with the Go-to-Market (GTM), Sales, and Account Management teams to support commercial success.
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience; a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or Data Analytics) is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated B2B e-commerce experience — ideally having built, launched, or scaled an online purchasing platform or digital self-serve buying experience.
- Proven track record of driving e-commerce revenue growth and improving online conversion metrics.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing on digital advertising, SEO, and lead-generation strategies tied to e-commerce.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to conduct market analysis, think strategically, and translate complex data into a clear product vision and profitable, user-centric solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels, from engineering teams to executive leadership.
- Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of modern technology concepts (e.g., AI/ML, cloud computing, big data, e-commerce platforms) sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering partners on technical trade-offs.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and e-commerce business models and key metrics, with experience developing product strategies that directly impact revenue and retention.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Collaboration: Experience partnering with marketing and sales teams to launch products and drive commercial success.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality, with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort in client-facing situations to support senior engagements and future role growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with self-serve SaaS purchasing models and reducing friction in digital buying journeys.
- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Pendo) and A/B testing methodologies.
Pay
Annual Pay Range: $107,200 - $145,000 USD
