Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will play a crucial role in the U.S. market for Optilume Stricture. This position involves leading the global strategy and market preparation for Optilume Stricture, collaborating with various internal teams, and executing patient and physician awareness marketing activities.
About The Role
Lead global strategy and market preparation for Optilume Stricture, including international launch planning, positioning, messaging, segmentation, and post-launch performance tracking. Collaborate with Upstream Product Management, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and other internal teams to support product portfolio expansion, new product development, and alignment on overall marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute omni-channel direct-to-patient campaigns, develop digital and social content, and create marketing support materials such as sales aids, economic models, and digital ads.
- Partner with Commercial Excellence and field sales teams to deliver training, develop programs, support surgical cases, and build physician relationships to drive adoption of Optilume Stricture.
- Define and support global society conference strategies, including KOL management, podium and booth presentations, and lead-generation initiatives in collaboration with the Optilume BPH team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communication.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience in medical device or pharmaceuticals.
- Ability to analyze market data and understand market trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to influence others, and ability to effectively communicate marketing plans and strategy.
- Strong print, social and digital marketing experience, with a demonstrable track record of successful implementation (metrics).
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally: up to 25%.
