Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Digital Workplace collaboration platforms, including M365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Copilot) and related productivity services (ServiceNow, Amazon Connect etc).
- Partner with engineering teams to define priorities, manage product backlogs, and deliver new capabilities that enhance the digital employee experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand user needs, gather feedback, and translate requirements into product enhancements and platform improvements.
- Evaluate new Microsoft technologies and develop adoption strategies, governance models, and rollout plans that maximize business value.
- Drive product decisions using platform health, usage analytics, adoption metrics, and user feedback.
- Balance innovation with security, compliance, risk, and operational excellence within a highly regulated enterprise environment.
- Work closely with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and End User Computing teams to ensure collaboration platforms remain resilient, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Champion Agile product management practices, continuously refining roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
Skilled Needed
- 8+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or Platform Management experience within enterprise IT environments.
- Strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Copilot, and related collaboration technologies.
- Experience owning enterprise technology roadmaps, managing product backlogs, and delivering cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, security, compliance, licensing, and platform lifecycle management.
- Technical M&A and Divestiture experience would be highly advantageous, experienced in the process of moving users from one instance to another.
- Experience working closely with software engineering, platform engineering, and architecture teams using Agile methodologies.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders while balancing business priorities, technical strategy, and user experience.
- Previous experience within financial services or another highly regulated enterprise environment is preferred.
