Senior Product Manager - Delivery & Operations Product Lead - Business Process Management

About the role

The Senior Product Manager leads product delivery for innovative Business Process Management (BPM) applications that transform the way clinical studies are developed, planned, and assessed. Specifically, you will drive the product lifecycle, from roadmap to launch, while ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory standards, and data-privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leading stand-ups, grooming backlogs, and approving Appian user stories for study-design workflows
• Facilitating workshops with clinical stakeholders to map current vs. future processes and prioritize AI-enabled improvements
• Reviewing solution architecture to ensure secure, scalable integrations with data, analytics, and LLM-based services
• Supervising sprint progress, mitigating risks, and updating program leadership on timelines, budget, and return of investment
• Monitoring platform performance and adoption, then identifying automation or reporting improvements
• Preparing and presenting demos or governance materials for steering committees and change-control boards

Requirements

• BS/BA with 8+ years proven experience (or MS/MBA with 6+ years as an equivalent), including 3 years in enterprise SaaS and 1+ year delivering generative/agentic AI solutions
• Proven track record implementing Appian or similar BPM platforms for clinical or regulated environments
• Success in driving process optimization, agile delivery, and cross-system integrations in Global Development
