- Debt Buying & Charge-off Recovery
- Litigation & Legal Collections
- Payment Plans & Settlements
- Skip Tracing & Account Resolution
- Affidavit and Legal Document Management
- Collection Workflows & Case Management
- Compliance (FDCPA, CFPB, Reg F, FCRA, TCPA)
- Portfolio & Recovery Strategy Management
Required Skills
- Min 8- 10+ years of Product Management experience with significant exposure to the Debt Recovery/Collections domain.
- Strong understanding of the debt recovery business lifecycle and industry best practices.
- Prioritized experience leading product discovery, roadmap planning, and Agile product delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive product outcomes.
