Non-Negotiable Skills

• Strong, demonstrable product management experience across both systems and data.
• Ability to lead transformation efforts and coach teams on product management best practices within Mizuho.
• Strong influencing and change management skills, with the ability to drive both cultural and process change.
• Capable of developing and supporting product roadmaps, strategies, and execution plans.
• Experience with modern technologies and data platforms, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, data governance tools, and AI.
