Senior Product Manager - Data Governance

Corporate Title: Director Non-Negotiable Skills: Strong, demonstrable product management experience across both systems and data. Ability to lead transformation efforts and coach teams on product management best practices within Mizuho. Strong influencing and change management skills, with the ability to drive both cultural and process change. Capable of developing and supporting product roadmaps, strategies, and execution plans. Experience with modern technologies and data platforms, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, data governance tools, and AI. (* While this is not a hands-on technical role, the individual should understand how these technologies work together and be able to provide strategic direction and informed opinions at the Director level.
