Senior Manager, Product Data Governance & Lifecycle Management

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Data Governance & Lifecycle Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive enterprise governance for product data, documentation, and lifecycle management processes across a regulated healthcare environment. You will lead cross-functional forums, own the governance framework, and partner closely with business and functional stakeholders to improve consistency, compliance, and operational execution. The position also plays a key role in shaping the strategy for product lifecycle management and maintaining audit readiness.

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available). Compensation: $135,000 – $175,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional governance forums for product data standards and product lifecycle management governance.
• Serve as the business owner for product data governance and product lifecycle management processes.
• Establish governance frameworks for item master data and product configurations.
• Continuously improve processes governing product data and documentation.
• Develop and execute the product lifecycle management strategy in collaboration with various departments.
• Monitor and incorporate industry best practices into product lifecycle management processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product development, manufacturing, quality, regulatory affairs, or PLM leadership in regulated industries.
• 5+ years of team management experience; experience managing managers preferred.
• Direct experience with product lifecycle management systems and processes.
• Experience leading change initiatives and improving business processes.
