Senior Product Manager, Conversion
About the Role
Redfin is seeking a Senior Product Manager I to drive customer growth and significantly impact the company's profitability. You'll own key parts of the conversion funnel, turning visitors into contacts for Redfin agents and Rocket Mortgage bankers. This role involves balancing iterative experiments with bigger bets across various layers of risk and ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Build a vision and product strategy, driving cross-functional and leadership alignment.
- Run a high-velocity experimentation program, designing, executing, and learning from A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Forge roadmaps, requirements, and product designs, setting concrete goals to measure team success.
- Work with stakeholders across businesses to build a cohesive experience, navigate tradeoffs, and drive business results.
- Define and execute the product roadmap, rallying a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts.
- Influence engineering leaders on technical directions with strategic impact.
- Dive deep into data with analysts to offer critical insights and execute product improvements.
- Communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to executives through clear narratives and reviews.
- Improve the company’s best practices and mechanisms as a senior Product leader.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience working with a team to build and deliver new products or experiences.
- Preferably with previous experience in conversion Product Management and a deep understanding of A/B testing.
- Ability to influence executives and entry-level employees across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise in complex areas.
- Deep customer empathy, with the ability to listen to users, understand their problems, and develop intuitive solutions.
- Track record of working on innovative, ambiguous problems and simplifying complexity into actionable solutions.
- Strong communication skills, able to distill challenging problems and clearly articulate vision to teams and executives.
- Analytical mindset, data-driven, and comfortable with complex analyses.

Pay
The compensation for this position is $145,700.00-$197,100.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits.
