About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Contribute to improving customer service processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
